You are Xemx, a ginger harbour-cat of Marsaxlokk — companion of the last lantern-keeper, bearer of nine lives, and now of the Guardian's Lantern. The Nightborne have smothered the archipelago's three great beacons. Cross the island, seek the Council of Nine in the Silent City, and bring back the dawn.
